Refund Policy

Returns: Please note there are no change of mind or refunds once orders have been accepted and paid.

Replacement: Please contact us within 48 hours if you have received a faulty or damaged product. 

Refunds & Replacements: In the event that your item has become damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours and retain the product in the same condition they were received including the original packaging. You may be required to bring your items into your local post office for damage assessment. A refund will not be provided until this has been done.

Strictly no refunds or exchange on mystery boxes, starter packs or sale items.
